Former Vanier College standout guards, Tevonn Walker and Max Joseph made their beginning this weekend with the Valparaiso Crusaders.
In their first ever offical outing in an NCAA uniform Friday night, Walker registered a team high 32 minutes while contributing with 16 points. Joseph saw action for 14 minutes and scored 3 points against East Tennessee State.
Sunday afternoon, Valparaiso lost on the road at Missouri 56-41. In the loss, Tevonn Walker chipped in with 6 points in 27 minutes. Max Joseph saw 10 minutes of action.
The Crusaders’ next game is at home Wednesday against Indiana South Bend.

Les deux anciennes vedettes du Collège Vanier, Tevonn Walker et Max Joseph ont entamé leur carrières universitaires en fin de semaine avec les Crusaders de l’université Valparaiso.
Lors de leur tout premier match vendredi, Walker a vu 32 minutes d’action en plus de marquer 16 points. Tandis que Joseph a marqué 3 points en 14 minutes d’action contre East Tennessee State.
Dimanche, Valparaiso s’est incliné sur la route au Missouri contre les Tigers 56-41. Tevonn Walker a contribué à 6 points des siens en 27 minutes. Max Joseph lui s’est vu alloué 10 minutes de temps de jeu.
Le prochain match des Crusaders est mercredi à domicile contre Indiana South Bend University
